Japanese family crest with Japanese kanji name symbols

Today, we are showing you the Japanese family crest with Japanese kanji name symbols.
Japanese family crest are normally used for representing a family, yet, it doesn't mean that the same family has the same family crest design.

In Japan, if you go to a country side, you will see a traditional Japanese houes which also put their Japanese family crest on the gate.

Historically, it was used by Samurai to represent their group.

  1. I have always wanted to learn more about Japanese family crests. I remember seeing one displayed outside a house with a bride to be staying in front of it dressed in a kimono.
    It was amazing. The family of the bride was giving away gifts to the neighbors.
